Building a Housing for Pylontech Battery and Huawei R4850G2 power supply
Phantomias2006's original post is under Gehäuse für Pylontech Speicher go there to follow updates (in German). I post here the english translation for redundancy reasons only:
During the last weeks I was busy drawing, milling and building a housing for the battery and electronic components.
I have 4 PV modules on the roof which hang on the HM-1500 (downgraded to 600W). This is also installed on the roof and I come directly with 230V into the house. So I have no Victron charge controller installed and can only charge my storage via the 230V. For this reason, I bought a Huawei R4850G2 power supply with CAN connection. This charges the US3000C Pylontech battery with the surplus which otherwise would go into the grid. In addition, a HM-600 inverter is installed which feeds into the grid when needed.
Theoretically, two US3000C Pylontech batteries can be installed.
I have only one and will use the lower slot for emergency power (voltage converter). That's why I installed the sockets for "EMERGENCY" in the front panel.
In case of a power failure, the cables are simply switched from POWER to EMERGENCY and then the voltage converter is active.
Enclosed are a few pictures of how I realized it:
If you wish, I will add the files and links of the used parts here bit by bit. If you have any questions just contact me.

I think with the STEP you can derive everything for a rebuild. The housing consists of 12mm Screen Printing Plates.
In the area of the electronic components I used 5mm Pertinax for heat/fire protection! These are currently not included in the STEP.
