Update to package names, launch files and topic names based on conventions

I updated the scancontrol repository based on the discussion we had about xacro, naming conventions, and package structure.

Most notable changes:

• Changed micro_epsilon_scancontrol_description to micro_epsilon_scancontrol_support as there are multiple versions of the scancontrol laser line scanners.
• Updated the mesh file and launch file structure
• The test_driver.launch file now supports multiple models using the sensor_model argument.
