ELECTRA Issues & Other Documentation

Issues Workflow:

1. Create a user story in the documentation Issues tab
2. Go to the ELECTRA Projects tab
3. Add the issue to the current sprint's Backlog column
4. Assign the issue & move it to the Doing column
5. Once your done, move it to the Review column to have another team member look at it
6. Once they approve, close the issue & move it to the Done cloumn!
