找到最優秀最聰明不是唯一標準, 還要看技術能力, 實際成果, 文化適應, 領導潛力

  1. 履歷上, 量化績效與成果
  2. 介紹自己, 為什麼來這? 期待和感興趣什麼? 前60秒決定很重要的印象, 面試者會利用接下來的時間證明自己判斷是否正確
  3. 如果有明確的成果, 告知參與的部份, 主要負責人, 還是只是參與者之一, 貢獻是什麼?
  4. 程式面試, 通過 code question, 不可失敗, 知道什麼是好的回答, 什麼是差的回答?
  5. 給出系統設計, 像是推薦系統
  6. 回答問題的反應與熱情

深入演算法, 資料結構, 程式架構 問一些模糊的問題, 看面試者是否反問清楚 問設計問題, 看面試者如何思考大問題?

STAR: situation, task, actions and results

  • What was the background of what you were working on?
  • What tasks were you given?
  • What actions did you take?
  • What results did you measure?
