How to configure the Paths.yml file

Hello! I'm having some trouble with the plugin as all the tutorials have a different config file :/ basically I want the first rank (New) to upgrade to Newcomer after about 30 seconds i entered 30s and it said No number given error, with '30' nothing happened and with '1' nothing happens still. So if there is something wrong with my config please let me know I'm completely in the dark thank you! and thanks for the plugin nonetheless :)

I changed the config to the ones I found on your github like: time: value: 1m but I still can't get it to work it says there are no paths to choose from as well**
