Home
Development is currently done under matlab versions 2015a and 2017a so these are more likely to be compatible than other matlab versions. However, we try to support backward compatibility as much as possible. If an error occurs with your installation, please post the issue.
Some processes require external dependencies:
- Cplex version >= 12.3: for optimal montage
- MCXlab: for computation of fluences (Cuda GPU is strongly recommended)
- The matlab Curve Fitting Toolbox is required to perform motion correction
- The matlab Signal Processing Toolbox is required to perform filtering
- Optimal montage (experiment planning -- optimal sensor arrangement on the scalp)
- Channel-space analysis (data importation, movement correction, MBLL, filtering, window-averaging)
- Cortical source reconstruction
- Git workflow
- How to write a brainstorm process
- Development guidelines (doc- and test-driven, naming conventions, brainstorm integration...)
