  • Vitals are now reset when creating a new save
  • Dozing out even when fatigue or drunkness is disabled should be fixed
  • Made medicine have a random effect when consumed - it can either max out or fully decrease any value now (including drunkness!)
  • Added a maximum shaking intensity when drunk
  • Fixed stamina not regenerating if hunger, thirst or fatigue are too high
  • Fixed jumping not reducing stamina with Enhanced Movement if the "Mobility Integration" option was turned off
