dts: Adding missing supports_setaasa property in i3c controller.

During compilation, an error was encountered when adding I3C targets in the overlay file due to the missing supports_setaasa property. This caused the macro I3C_DEVICE_DESC_DT to fail as it attempts to fetch the property using DT_PROP.
