Main changes since v2.3: * Support for immediate RSSI measurements during abort reevaluations * Several minor improvements in the base components, including tolerating better under-setup docker images, improved C++ compatibility, a new sanity check for problematic user provided sim_ids, and other minor improvements. Main changes since v2.3:
Note: Like before, bsim remains fully backwards compatible
Note: Like before, there is no special urgency in getting this change propagated to runners, as the CI workflow will update to the version pointed by the Zephyr manifest. Having the latest/correct version ready in the docker image just saves CI runtime by saving the update step.
