Add compile flags -std=c++11

The compiler flag -std=c++11 should be used to support https://github.com/YadiraF/face3d/blob/2fc26906d159a11398cd3e7a9b3f16b6f8937da3/face3d/mesh/cython/mesh_core.cpp#L349.

[Update] all changes:

• Add compile flags -std=c++11 to cython setup.py
• Add generate.py for data preprocess (function is the same as generate.m, however in some servers, Matlab is not available)
