I added functionality to attach a user-defined color map function (pixel value to rgba) to a labelmap for 2D rendering.

…p of X.Volume which can be used to draw the labelmap rather than using a color table file. The colormap is used in X.parser.reslice2 and X.renderer2D.prototype.render_. Not currently tried with the 3D renderer.

Hi, the project I'm using it with isn't live yet but I'll put a working example up some time this week to show it in action.

@rstones Have you tried with the 3D renderer? I just want to add the function for 3D rendering
