Previous to SMRT Link v13 all Revio data was deplexed as even cells with no PacBio barcoded adapters were deplexed via a fake 'default' barcode construct. In SMRT Link 13 a sample without barcoded adapters can now be processed as 'Sample is indexed' = 'No' to create a single passed reads hifi BAM file (and a fail reads BAM file) for the data from a cell.
