+
+## Meeting schedule

+Every group member meets with their line manager/supervisor for 30 minutes once per week.
+These are scheduled as recurring meetings in our calendars.
+Meetings can be rescheduled for a different time in the week if there is an event clash - it's the responsibility of the person who changes the time to find a new time that works for both people.

+## Meeting purpose
+The general purpose of one-to-one meetings is:

+  -  get support in decision-making (within a project, or more generally, e.g. career goals)
+  -  get feedback on iterations of work
+  -  raise any issues, and talk through problems

+- For managers/supervisors to:
