Description of your changes

This PR updates uptest to v1 it includes:

update of build-module
set annotations for rendering
include missing function to dependencies
include function in examples
use unified Makefile
add project-configuration via project.mk

Fixes #

I have:

Read and followed Upbound's contribution process.
Run make reviewable to ensure this PR is ready for review.
Added backport release-x.y labels to auto-backport this PR, as appropriate.

How has this code been tested

make render.show
make check-examples
