prepare drivers for next trezor models #3397

This PR does some refactoring, that prepares trezorhal drivers for future trezor hardware.

Namely:

  • boards with different oscillator frequency
  • different pinout for display and backlight
  • different pinout for SD card
  • different pinout for touch layer
  • introduces more flexible way of touch + display panel coordination, display panel rotation
