  1. Fix bandwidth for non-SX1276 chips 

    The comments show that the intended value is 250 kHz bandwidth (0x80) combined with Coding Rate 4/5 (0x02). Those were originally combined incorrectly as 0x0A, but are now fixed to be 0x82. The same fix is applied to the line below that enables Implicit Header Mode.
