Welcome to the FluEgg_USGS wiki!

The FluEgg model was created by University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in collaboration with the USGS. Later it was substantially modified by the USGS.

Changes in FluEgg developed by USGS:

Added Grass Carp
Allow eggs develop until gass blader inflation stage, after hatching, larvae drift as passive particles
Developed a tool to import input data from HEC-RAS using the HEC-RAS controller
Added a new tool to export results to google Earth
