  1. Remove vite-plugin-html 

    Since we've disabled its CSS minification due to incompatibility
with modern CSS nesting (breaking Storybook production styles),
the only remaining function of this plugin is to minify the output
HTML. The template is already very small so collapsing whitespace
does not provide significant enough benefit to justify the dependency
(including a number of transitives).
