Update to Zig 0.8

Compiled with command zig build-exe -OReleaseSmall --single-threaded --strip src/main.zig.

Simplify

Compile command: zig build-exe -OReleaseSmall --single-threaded --strip -target x86_64-windows-gnu src/main.zig

Release (finally)

After fixing some bugs, I think it's ready for prime time. (No elevation now, I have not needed it.)
