Organisation registration - User can skip to step 3 and email sent message is displayed

Description - What happened? *

After filling in all details on the User Profile page and Org profile page, directly click on Email Verification from pagination, before clicking on the Register button.

It gives an acknowledgment message to verify email has been sent but no email appears and if navigate back it shows a yes tick mark. The email is sent only when the user clicks on the Register button.

Same behavior was observed in other components with mat-stepper:

• create-organization
• organization-onboarding
• provide-connector
• register-connector
• register-central-component

Expected Behavior *

It should not navigate to the next page until the user clicks on the Register button.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Portal
2. Click on Register Organization.
3. Fill in all valid details in the User profile and org profile page.
4. Do not click on Register.
5. Click on Email Verification from pagination.
6. Observe that it displays the message that the link has been sent to the email but no email is actually sent.
7. Now click on the Register button from the Org profile page.
8. Now the email is sent.
