Usage:
- Left mouse button - select element and move it while holding the button
- Right mouse button - select element
- Middle mouse button - select element, move whole polygon containing this element while holding the button
Indications:
- dobule vertical lines - vertical edge
- double horizontal lines - horizontal edge
- "F" - fixed-lenght edge
