Hosting a meetup at WeWork

  1. Go to your meetup page

  1. Click on "Plan a Meetup" > "Book a space"

  1. You are going to be redirected to a new page. (In my case it redirects me to https://www.meetup.com/rladies-san-francisco/explore-spaces/schedule). Click on "Check availability".

  1. Select the type of you will need (Up to 25 guests or More than 25 guests)

The best option is to choose the "Up to 25 guests" since you get approved instantly.

  1. Choose the time and date you would like to host your event.

  1. Select a space.

  1. Reserve the space.
