- New icon for the village properties menu.
- Limit the amount of buyable plots by (Stewarding / 4).
- Buying a plot requires 5 Tools + 5 Hardwood.
- Selling a plot gives you back 3 Tools.
- War with village faction owner or bad enouph relationship with notables will disable negotiation.
