This PR adds JSON output to the result, which always uses the same units for lat and bw.

Since FIO cannot separate the output from normal and json formats, the full FIO output is now full-fio-result.txt and then broken out to the normal and json outputs in different files fio-result.txt and fio-result.json

Have you verified that Quisby is still happy with the data. If so, than LGTM
