Steam Game Idler is often refferred to as SGI throughout this Wiki

You may see a game called Spacewar in your recently played games, this is normal. The game is a test game created by Valve to provide an example of Steamworks functionality to developers, and SGI uses its appId to interact with the Steam desktop app. This only occurs once when signing in to SGI
