Currently there are no decentralized platforms which is available for developers where they can post questions and award some reward for the developers who answers the questions.
A Blockchain based platform (similar to StackExchange) that engages the developer community by issuing them with crypto tokens based on Ethereum network. The platform is designed in such a way that it incentivizes the developers to answer questions and get the reward in form of tokens. This platform can also be extended to post tasks instead of questions and anyone can work on it to claim the reward, ultimately making way for a Decentralized Autonomous Organization.
Developers need to invest 5000 wei to register in the platform. They will be issued with 50 fungible tokens (1 token is equivalent to 100 wei). All the transactions are managed by a smart contract written in ERC-20 standard.

- Rewards will be issued through a token (ERC 20 Fungible)

- Tokens will be minted when an user creates an account (mint function will be called)
- 50 tokens will be issued to everyone who creates an account
- Developers can post the questions to the forum with the corresponding reward (in tokens) in the platform
- Other registered users can submit their answers to claim the reward
- Other users can vote if the answer is right
- Reward will be issued to answer with max votes and minimum of 5 votes after a certain period say 1 week
- The owner can receive a refund if he feels that no answer is correct
