Changes around some stuff, but mainly fixing Magneton kill exp.

The binary for this hadn't been updated since 2014 so here's a copy that at least has entrpntr's changes.

Note that the documentation is quite outdated by now and I can't be bothered updating it. It should still be enough for RouteOne to at least be operational though.

An actual release to distribute

Releasing this so that people who don't know how to compile Java can have a bin download to attempt to use this.
