Hierarchical Space-Time Matrix Models for Characterising Invasions

This package implements the model proposed by Hooten & Wikle (2007).

Installation

You can install a development version of HSTMM from GitHub by doing the following (with the appropriate auth_token)

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github(repo = "pkuhnert/HSTMM", auth_token = "auth_token")
