It looks like our default runtime we were using is now deprecated as of 2024-03-08. So, I'm bumping it to the next version up (which appears to be what the canaries in
cloud-observabilitywere already using.I've already re-ran the document script and validation has also passed. I considered this a bug fix from a semver standpoint, so I bumped the patch number. Let me know if you feel otherwise!
