This PR consists in a massive update of the "AI Notebooks - Getting Started" guide.
We used to only introduce the UI way to launch Notebooks in this guide. Now, we want to show all possible solutions (UI, but also CLI, API, Python SDK).
All steps have been detailed using table to not make the documentation too long.
This PR will be kept in draft status until the Manager UI is updated. Once the UI has been updated, screenshots will be added, and the PR will be officially submitted.
