Thanks so much for sending this @Cyber-JiuJiteria !! Most of my changes are for markdown formatting. We should also decide which WG links we want to include in these recaps, and maybe put those in the template.

I think the link to the youtube recording will be more visible if we put it at the top right under the title. We can point to the Slack channel here at the bottom?

I like this change. Itd be nice to be able to transition from the document to the YouTube video from GitHub.

Nit: We probably want to change the name of this file to start with MMYY- to match the September recap.

Created a template and a directory to store our YouTube Office Hour recap. The directory has the summary from #6 written by @GrooveCS, as well as the template from #7 into .md files and a PR for folks to review
