I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the issue of failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The issue was identified in the workflows
.github/workflows/cla.yml,.github/workflows/link-pr.yml, and.github/workflows/release.yml.The GitHub secrets
BOT_GITHUB_TOKEN,REDBOT_GITHUB_TOKEN, andGH_PATused in these workflows were checked for validity and necessary permissions.Summary of Changes
