9/11/2010: 

in order to branch, i've copied faisal's branch to /cens. 
we'll get it working with rapidsms-dev, add our nexleaf/cens work.
the result should be a functionally equivalent version of faisal's branch
but, using our talksms lib and rapidsms-dev.

install:
* install Django 1.2.1
* install django-reversion, django-dbtemplates
* install rapidsms: http://github.com/rapidsms/rapidsms
* %git clone git://github.com/SunilMenon/cens .

modify dbtemplaes:
The dbtemplates module overrides a global django setting CACHE_BACKEND.
The django-appsettings module does not like this and will not let anything run.
In /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/django_dbtemplates-*yourversion*.egg/dbtemplates
edit settings.py and moduiles.py and change all instances of CACHE_BACKEND to CACHE_BACKEND_NEW

run:
* %cd cens
* %./manage.py syncdb
* %./manage.py sync_templates # push 'y' for everything
* %./manage.py scheduler
* %./manage.py runrouter
* %./manage.py runserver


use: 
* http://localhost:8000/admin/taskmanager; add users, tasks
* http://localhost:8000/taskmanager; schedule tasks...
