Pressing LCtrl + RCtrl will crash the game, which is useful for determining why something is freezing.
You can send these instructions to a user, so that they can send you a trace
Hi, please send your players these instructions:
1. Open MTA.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Click the **Advanced** tab.
4. Click on **Debug setting** and select the **#0000 Lua trace** option. **This setting resets when MTA starts. If you restart MTA, you must repeat this step.**
5. Join a server.
6. When you have problems, click LCtrl and RCtrl at the same time. (Left Control key and Right Control key.)
7. A crash screen should appear with a textbox. It should look like this: https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/923242/96177736-365a6600-0f26-11eb-9ebc-b37e60e88219.png
8. Send us the text that appears in the textbox. (Highlighted in the above screenshot.)
9. Go to `C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\dumps` - send us the NEWEST file inside this folder. (If you see two folders inside this `dumps` folder, select the NEWEST file from one of the folders.)
10. Ask them to upload the file to https://upload.mtasa.com - once they have uploaded a file the website will give them a link, **please give the link to us, as we can't access the file they have uploaded without the link**.
