Also fixed up a few imports.

@mrkipling @gugahoi this is not required until after library changes are merged. After thats in i will get this up to date with master. |

Here is the first part of PR #210 refactor
Still uses jsonrpclib.
Ive moved all XBMC related tools into xbmc.py. The reason i chose xbmc.py over noneditable.py is nobody seemed to know what noneditable was for since it was imported in a lot of non xbmc modules.
