twisterarmy running about 24/7 like the organization's seeder instance (#450) so hope, it will be helpful for the network support.
Also, added some updates into the readme files to actualize the descriptions and make compilation easier for ARM users (#210, #428 - these tickets may be closed also I suppose).
If you will accept that pull request, I'll create separated branches for each subject next time.
