Multi Tenancy

Instances created in RHEV-M using the deltacloud API should not be visible to other RHEV-M users by default. We need to consider how to use RHEV-M's permissions model to achieve this. We'll also need to consider which pre-existing instances should be made visible to a deltacloud API user and how to map the owner_id attribute.

We'll also need to consider the visibility and ownership of images.
