running python3 lobe-basic-prediction.py returns ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'picamera' #6

On attempting to install picamera: sudo apt-get install python-picamera python3-picamera , the error:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
python-picamera : Depends: python (>= 2.7)
Depends: python (< 2.8)
Depends: python-numpy but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I completed all steps on adafruit learning guide.

* add confideces to console, remove label from image buffer for prediction

* led feedback, datetime file names, improve error handeling

* update LED brightness

* code reivew updates
