For the the Transfer Learning: Recount3 FRDA dataset: the recount3 dataset GBM dataset: TCGA and GTEx Normal (remove IDH-mut samples)

1. Download Recount3 and organize the data
2. Dimension Reduction with PLIER and MultiPLIER functions
3. Apply to FRDA and GBM data
4. Run limma on LVs for GBM and FRDA data
5. Create gene lists
6. Apply Signature Reversion
