Released v0.1 which is an explanation of what can be done with Cythonizing code as well as the current matrix used for propagation. If a v1.0 were to come out, it would be a collection of Cythonized propagation files for each different Hamiltonian useful for NLO , starting with Hamiltonians employable in WrightSim.
