Added support for LBM files (Amiga ILBM and DOS PBM), plus minor bug fixes and improvements.

All archives include full source code and pre-compiled binaries for DOS, GNU/Linux and Windows. The colcyc14.zip file is special in that it only includes DOS 8.3-compatible filenames.
