fix corner lat/lon issus by using geoLatBu and geoLonBu

previous ulon and vlat are used to constructed corner lat/lon information. This is not correct as MOM6 is in C-grid. In this fixing geoLatBu and geoLonBu are used for corner lat/lon information.
