bucky's commit didn't include the refactor I made of importing RawAttested instead of redefining it. Fixed the merge conflict |

Copies over the scripts from https://github.com/informalsystems/cycles-sandbox-private/tree/main/demos/obligato_with_liquidity_1 and adapts for the transfers app
Note these scripts should get replaced by the new
quartztool described in #61 ASAP.Added a README covering how to run the app.
Also includes minor update to the contract to emit events so we can subscribe to them in the listen script to trigger execution on the enclave.
