Issue #2117:
iOptron protocol for HC8407 requires pulse commands to be :MdXXXXX#, where d is the direction (n,s,e,w) and XXXXX is the 5 digit pulse length in ms. The driver had the message formatted with only 4 digits, causing guiding to produce huge spikes.
