Adds stuff as described in my thesis, lol

Still missing:

  • Technical features as described in my thesis, lol
  • Fix crash in ContinuousVariableSerializer when encountering not a number (e.g. SpO2 bei 1005 in erster Phase)
  • Make this feature an experimental one with a toggle to turn it off during the creation of the exercise
  • Add realistic continuous variable data
  • (Support for other vital signs apart from heart rate and SpO2?)
  • Documentation
    • More descriptive code comments
    • Interface definition
