Move from Files to SQLlite

in version one states have been maintained in files. now an extra process is listining to local for webcalls. These are response accroding to data in a sqllite db. Also recording and mail history is stored in that db

Add new install paths

ansible script has been added and made sure it can run on even in a virtualbox created by the vagrantfile. Just a look in the devOps stuff

just a complete setup working on linux x86. Later for raspberry pi will follow
