Ban OGT for safety due to ghost NPCs being targetable when they shouldn't be. This can result in invalid target data to the server, so OGT will be blocked for safety until it can be rechecked.

This was caused by an incorrect offset in CS. I believe a CS bump in Dalamud with this commit will resolve the problem and can get OGT unbanned. aers/FFXIVClientStructs@6395e64

I don't think our current system allows for unbanning in a clean manner, but that does mean we can have @anna-is-cute version bump it once confirmed the unintended behavior is gone.

whenever that cs bump makes it into stable dalamud, if someone just lets me know somehow, I will bump a bunch of plugins
