What happens if a script is manually crashed (e.g.,
Ctrl+C
or power outage)?
As a rule of thumb, for any of the script in thepygpseq
package, it should be safe to restart the script. Optionally, you could delete the output folder to be on the safe side, but that is not necessary as any partial output will be replaced by the proper one. In this cases, we advice against using any option to skip parts of the pipeline, but to re-run the pipeline in the exact same way as the run that crashed.
