Force manual DHW push

A function that is almost undocumented in the manuals of the heating controllers is the so-called DHW push. By pressing and holding the DHW button on the unit for a few seconds, it forces the heating system to produce hot water even if neither time nor temperature would require it to do so.

This function can easily be executed in BSB-LAN as well. You just need to call the URL
http://bsb-lan.local/S10019=1
and the DHW push will be initiated.
