And change .gitignore

We should find a good name for build directory in the build directory,
current is .../github/gst.wasm/build/gst.wasm_web_wasm32/,
@turran asked on Slack:

can we get rid also of "web_wasm32" dub folder under dist,
seems redundant if we put the target arch as part of the home_dir
